Terms of Sale
1. Who we are
This website and the product "Dealer-Proof Car Buying Kit" (the "Product") are offered under the brand Dealer-Proof by [LEGAL NAME OF SELLER], [BUSINESS ADDRESS] ("we", "us"). Contact: [SUPPORT EMAIL].
2. What you are buying
The Product is a digital download made of two Excel workbooks (.xlsx: the Out-the-Door Price Calculator, blank, and the same calculator filled in with a fictional example) and two PDF files (The Dealer-Proof Playbook, 24 pages, and a one-page Start Here guide). Nothing is shipped. The Product is an educational tool; it is not an app, a subscription, a car-buying service or a broker, and we never receive anything you type into it.
3. Price and payment
The price is shown on the sales page in U.S. dollars (currently $12) and is charged once. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. Payment is processed by Stripe; we do not receive or store your full card number. Your bank may charge foreign-transaction or currency-conversion fees, which are outside our control. The price shown is the total we charge; we do not add sales tax at checkout.
4. Delivery
After a successful payment you are redirected to a download page with links to the files. Please download and save the files right away. If you cannot access the download page, email us with the address you used at checkout and we will send the files.
5. License
When you buy the Product, you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use it for your own household. You may print it and make copies for the people in your household. You may not resell, share publicly, upload to file-sharing sites, or redistribute the files or any substantial part of them, with or without changes.
6. Not legal or financial advice; no guaranteed results
This kit is an educational tool and is not legal or financial advice. Fees, taxes and rules vary by state, and the calculator only uses the numbers you enter. We do not promise any specific savings, price or outcome. You are responsible for checking every figure against the dealer's and lender's written documents before you sign. For questions about a specific contract or loan, please consult a qualified professional in your state.
7. Independence
We are not affiliated with, endorsed by or paid by any dealership, manufacturer, lender or insurer. Names of products or add-ons in the Product are generic descriptions used for education.
8. Refunds
Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy.
9. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Product is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim related to the Product is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer-protection laws that cannot be waived.
10. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase.
11. Governing law
